Purchases made in-person must be returned in their original, unused, unmarked condition to the in-person Pineal, Records, Books & Films merch representative, for an immediate refund. Online purchases must be returned in their original, unused, unmarked condition which, after they are received by us, will be refunded (excluding all shipping and handling costs) within 3-5 business days.
